Why wait? Let?s start planning now! The sooner you begin your planning, the sooner you can begin your action. As my holiday weight gain article explains, not having a plan can have very unhealthy consequences. Gaining 5-10 pounds before starting the work of taking it off is just?.well?unnecessary! No one wants you to deprive yourself over the holiday season. Let?s just not get CRAZY. You know what I mean. If someone bakes you cookies, have one. If you go to a party, have a glass of wine and try the torte. But trying the torte and having the whole torte are two different things!
So, today, decide to make simple choices that you can do today, that will bring you into the new year smoothly.
1. Plan your meals and snacks
2. Don?t get stuck hungry somewhere without a plan
3. Substitute one meal or snack every day with Shakeology. Why?
