Self Improvement

If someone isn't (pushing themselves) working on improving they're working on failing.
an example is a fat person, if they don't work on losing then they'll only gain or remain stagnent. Or if a person doesn't challange the brain by continuing education or learning something new the brain doesn't improve. So where do you stand? Production or destruction? Have you set goals?
